About QCT
Queensland churches Together (QCT) celebrates and supports the unity in diversity - and diversity in unity- of Christian churches around Queensland.
QCT is an association of Christian denominations and ministerial networks, working together for a flourishing Queensland in which the church plays a vital role, supporting the long-term health and wellbeing of communities across the state - through prayer, worship, witness, and service.
QCT members collaborate on issues of mutual interest, including domestic and family violence prevention, care for creation, reconciliation with First People of Australia, and being the church in rural Queensland.
Queensland Churches Environmental Network (QCEN) is a commission of QCT.
The commission responds to both the churches mission to love and care for creation as a vital expression of faith, and also the need for churches to address the ethical, social and spiritual questions posed by the environmental crisis.
